This project's outcome us a unique and bright brand identity for an Australian photographer whose interests lie in the areas of food, family and wedding photography.
Australian photographer Masha Kozlobaeva is a professional in studio, portret, wedding and event photography.
One of her current projects is dedicated to food and family photography called Breakfast@.
Project's website - www.breakfastat.com.au.
Masha is invited to have a breakfast with families living in Sydney, so she has this unique opportunity to capture a very intimate family morning when mom's not wearing make up, dad's cooking the eggs and kids are half asleep. As a result Masha ends up with a bunch of warm family photos that can be transformed into a family album or a photo book. All photo stories are accompanied by the recipies from around the world as Masha tries to create inetersting and various photo story experience.
Several multicultural families became the clients of this project - Australians and Indonesians, Phillipino and Russians, Chinese and Indians.
iTrend Approach:
- We developed the brand identity for Breakfast@ along with a logo and an introductory invitation newsletter about the project.
- For Mashas Photos we developed the brand identity.
Having a certain style is very imortant in a creative profession, especially if you are a photographer. Working with images a photographer is supposed to deliver a professional level of visualization. Hence, we paid extra attention to the brand style of this project.
Here's what we ended up with:
Breakfast@ logo. Created in various colour options to be used on different backgrounds and textures including paper, fabric and metal.
We decided upon the manuscript type of the font that emphasizes the creative feature of the project and reminds us that many years ago we actually recorded the family recipes with a pen and paper.
Below is the logo for Mashas Photos studio. The angle elements showcase the idea of the photo snap.
We also had another couple of options for Masha that we decided not to use in the future. We still like them though:)
