External media office and marketing support

Aksioma Group engaged iTrend to carry out a complex of communication and marketing activities that will raise company’s profile. During the first six months of cooperation we have produced a wide range of media and marketing activities including the launch of the promotional website, media advertising, booklets, brochures, and a corporate newsletter.

Brief

  • Aksioma Group is a Russian integrator providing full range of IT solutions with primary focus on transport infrastructure facilities.
  • Aksioma Group challenged iTrend with a dual role. Firstly, to carry out a complex of communication activities on a regular basis. And secondly, to provide marketing support.

Approach

iTrend’s cooperation with Aksioma Group began with a brand identity development (iTrend created a design for corporate leaflets, business cards, email signatures). Then we developed an in-house corporate e-newsletter, prepared and published articles in media and held webinars for Aksioma Group clients.

As Aksioma Group often takes part in various exhibitions and conferences, iTrend develops slides and presentations for the C-level management of the company. A team of designers and copywriters develops design and content for all promotional materials (presentations, leaflets, booklets, etc). We also designed and developed 2014 New Year electronic greeting card for customers and partners.

In 2013 Aksioma Group implemented two major social projects – intelligent parking areas and high-speed Internet equipment for airport express trains. iTrend developed promotional website for the first project. All of the iTrend’s hard work and impressive PR activities behind the projects earned Aksioma Group an opportunity to take part in annual “Global CIO” contest.

Our services included:

  • Brand identity. We created a design for numerous corporate leaflets, business cards, and email signatures.
  • Corporate e-newsletter. We developed, designed, and launched in-house corporate e-newsletters. Now every two weeks an e-newsletter with news and ads is e-mailed to every employee.
  • Communications. Promotional features, news and contributions about Aksioma Group appear across top tier media outlets thanks to iTrend.
  • Web design. We developed a website to promote intelligent parking areas among citizens.

Results

  • During the first 6 months of cooperation, iTrend has issued 11 media releases, designed presentations for 7 exhibitions as well as a Christmas card, developed 1 promo web-site, published 7 articles, wide range of success stories, speeches, leaflets, modules, roll-ups, and released 2 corporate e-newsletters for employees. The media coverage achieved more than 200 publications in IT&T media outlets.
  • Aksioma Group reported an increase in brand awareness and word of mouth of the company amongst the target business circles and IT&T media.
